Dandilyon Illustrates
Nottinghamshire
Overview
I collaborated with Dandilyon Illustrates to completely refresh her brand identity, bringing her passion and creativity to life in a way that felt truly authentic. The goal was to move beyond surface-level visuals and create something that genuinely reflected who she is and why she loves what she does.
The Challenge
The original branding didn’t feel personal or representative of Dandilyon’s spirit. She wanted her visual identity to express joy, creativity, and connection, helping her audience see the person behind the art.
The challenge was to design a brand that felt honest and human, celebrating her individuality while giving her the confidence to grow and connect with her audience.
The new designs needed to:
Capture the genuine personality and passion behind the brand
Create a cohesive identity that builds connection and trust
Balance creative expression with clarity and professionalism
Ensure consistency across packaging, online, and print
Empower the client to show up confidently as herself
Strategy and Creative Direction
The process began with deep exploration of Dandilyon’s values, motivations, and creative style. The new brand identity was built to express authenticity, passion, and playfulness.
Logo and visuals: Designed to feel personal and expressive rather than corporate.
Colour and typography: Bright, cheerful tones paired with friendly, handcrafted lettering.
Packaging and collateral: Extended the identity to every customer touchpoint to create consistency and connection.
The result is a visual identity that doesn’t just represent a business but tells the story of a creative individual who loves what she does.
