DrinksRation is a cutting-edge app developed to help UK veterans monitor and reduce their alcohol consumption, offering personalised insights to encourage healthier drinking habits. The project required a brand identity that would not only engage veterans but also foster trust and approachability in a sensitive area of health.
For this project, I created a complete brand identity, including a logo suite and an accessible colour palette tailored for inclusivity and ease of use, which was implemented throughout the app. I also designed a set of custom drink illustrations to engage users and make tracking more visually interactive and enjoyable. Additionally, I contributed to the UI/UX design, focusing on developing an intuitive and streamlined interface that veterans could easily navigate.
Understanding the unique challenges faced by veterans, I prioritised user-centred design principles, ensuring that the app was both supportive and easy to use, empowering users to take control of their alcohol consumption in a non-judgmental, user-friendly environment.
